When we lose our resilience then our Mind becomes Rigid and Non-flexible, stuck in a rut of negativity. This is where we develop anxiety, depression, chronic stress, negativity.

1. Awareness - notice your daily patterns - how are you showing up for yourself? If youโre irritated, overwhelmed, negative mental chatter. Use mindfulness skills and CHANGE THE SCRIPT. Its super important and a habit -
2. Practice Gratitude - 3 minutes per day of writing down what you are grateful for is one of the best ways to shift your perspective from negative to positive.
3. ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ฒ - try Power Positions - the Wonder Woman stance for 2 minutes is proven to reduce cortisol and increase testosterone! Movement shifts you from feeling stuck to supporting problem solving.
