Our Emotional Flexibility and Emotional Fitness๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’ช are directly linked to your health, happiness, and quality of our lives.  It affects every aspect of our relationships, with ourselves and others.

Fear, negativity, and anxiety are powerful negative emotions and are top contributors in developing.

If we aren't paying attention to our Emotional Resilience, then we are most likely living in Reactive Mode and our Hormones will be in Flight of Flight all the time and wreaking havoc on our health & happiness.!

Ultimately, we want our minds/brains to be flexible and fluid with the ability to manage the stressors of life with ease and agility.

When we lose our resilience then our Mind becomes Rigid and Non-flexible, stuck in a rut of negativity.  This is where we develop anxiety, depression, chronic stress, negativity.

1.      Awareness - notice your daily patterns - how are you showing up for yourself? If youโ€™re irritated, overwhelmed, negative mental chatter. Use mindfulness skills and CHANGE THE SCRIPT. Its super important and a habit -

2.      Practice Gratitude - 3 minutes per day of writing down what you are grateful for is one of the best ways to shift your perspective from negative to positive.

3.      ๐— ๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ - try Power Positions - the Wonder Woman stance for 2 minutes is proven to reduce cortisol and increase testosterone! Movement shifts you from feeling stuck to supporting problem solving.

4.      ๐—™๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ/๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€ when you stop avoiding that "thing" and you face it head on, take care of it - You will feel a sense of relief and then empowerment.
